Highly recommend!! The people here were fantastic and worked with me to get a piece of glitter or metal out of my two-year-old’s eye. Not an easy task! Our regular pediatrician couldn’t even see it in her eye and getting into an ophthalmologist through the normal scheduling process would have taken months. Literally months! At Texas children’s urgent care we got it taken care of in one day. We started at the urgent care and had it checked out by one of their docs, then they had someone walk us upstairs to the ophthalmologist where they so generously fit us in and so expertly found and removed the foreign object. My grandson had an accident at the Waterpark today and split his eyelid open. The waiting room was empty. We were checked in quickly and see promptly. The nurse was friendly and gentle while cleaning his cut and preparing us for the Doctor. The Dr arrived quickly and throughly checked the wound and cleaned it very well. She was able to fix him up quickly and without much pain. Very friendly, prompt and thoughtful. She gave us extra supplies and instructions for care! Definitely recommend!!

They get the initial visit done ok, but don't expect any help with follow up care. Our doctor did not prescribe enough medicine to actually follow his instructions, but when we called to get the right amount of medicine, they refused to help. Very disappointed in the way my wife was treated by their office staff on the phone.
