The coaches are amazing (esp at this location!) and they really push you to work hard. If you want them to correct your form, let them know and they will give good feedback. The workouts are challenging but fun, and there's always a great community vibe in the gym.
I highly recommend F45 to anyone looking to get in shape and have a great time doing it!“

He pushes us to do our best and achieve our goals but he’s not aggressive and is never negative. We’ve had great experiences with the other trainers at NexGen and their staff nutritionist as well.
