1. Plumber. Knowledgeable, excellent work done, great experience. 5 stars.
Replaced all works inside the toilet tank. Parts I purchased from a large home store were not the right size. Cleaned out plugged drain line for lav. Corrected connection of the hvac condensate pipe from attic to trap area,) that was installed wrong from the house builder. Add water shutoff valve. Should have been done by original home builder.

2. Electrician. Knowledgeable, excellent work done. Great experience. 5 stars.
Replaced exhaust fan in large bathroom area. Replaced light switch serving kitchen and dining area.
Great day for me no worries!
