The third time they came out, at no expense to me, determined to find the clean out . It was buried underground. They were able to run a camera through the line to discover damage, that occurred 20 years ago caused by a contractor working for the city and it was improperly repaired. “Great service at a great price! I called Thursday to have my water heater replaced, and they did the work 2 days later, on a Saturday, which made it easier for me to be at home. We scheduled the job for 10AM Saturday, not a 4 hour, or 8 hour, all-day window like some of the large plumbing companies in town. Believe it or not, they showed up right at 10AM! It only took 90 minutes, with 3 men that came in their plumbing truck. Texan Plumbing is now the plumbing company I will be using.“

“Bought our dream home build in 1964 and we are the second onwer. But our first contractor, a crooked plumber, made it into a nightmare. Took a lot of money and left us with problematic piping work all over. Thank God! Frank was introduced to me at the mid of the crisis by our AC contractor, Popular AC service, very good team also.(Other well rated companies not want to take over a mess like this. They want easy jobs to keep rating high.) Frank checked out the situation and comforted me with his plan to fix in his always calm firm voice(He can be a good general in military I think). They fixed jammed shower valve, misplaced gas line, hooked up vents,, built shower pans, using snakecamara identified locations of water stopping in sewer line, opened ground and reset everything. They done all the work in 4 days excluding rainy days. The prior crooked plumber worked almost three months and made a mess to be fixed and completed. All their works passed city inspection. And their charges are very compatible. Frank is very honest upfront about their pricing and they did not charge me until the agreed work is done at satisfaction. I really recommend them for all levels of plumbing works and you will be able to sleep well cared by their quality work. BTW, Art is the experienced team leader done all the work. Very nice professional guy. Best plumber you can find.. Thanks again for their rescue. So I can continue our project and hopefully to move in before holidays.“
