Epic Plumbing got me square away with a brand new water heater in less than 24 hours of finding out it went bad. The receptionist was quick and helpful, John was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, and Juan the service technician was incredibly professional. Every one of them were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I will be coming here every single time I have an issue. 10/10
Jesus and his assistant were exceptional. We just purchased the home and relied upon a home inspection. Unfortunately, we discovered that our new refrigerator water line could not be connected because of a failed and stripped connection. Epic Plumbing reacted quickly and repaired the connection and repaired other deficient connections. Their plumbing team were diligent, professional, and courteous.
Epic Plumbing came and repaired a main water line for me. They offered me competitive pricing and ensured I was comfortable with not only the price, but with the process of the repairs. Jesus was my technician and he was so amazing! Very polite and quick. Explain all the steps to me and was very efficient with fixing the problem! Highly recommend Epic Plumbing!
