Kevin, St. Augustine and Jody were all business, friendly and efficient in dealing with this situation. They explained their work to me, answered questions and told me what to expect. Thank you for helping me out.
I had disposer, faucet, the pipe kichen sink replaced & toilet fixed. Jonathon Lucio was on time and was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, really good at his job & honest which I appreciate. But, Alliance Plumbing Services is very expensive $$$.
Alliance Plumbing is the most professional plumbing service I have used. Starting with the first call made and the exceptional customer service I experienced from Ms. Jodi to the Master Plumber, Mr.Sean, that came out and explained the issue in detail and answered all of my questions with patience. With his experience he was able to give me the best solution to my plumbing issues. The work was done and passed inspection from the city the first time! All of the employees worked with diligence and with all respect. Alliance Plumbing also has payment options to for services performed that could help you out when needed.
