“You never want to call a plumber after hours, but let me tell you how awesome these folks are. I called after 8:30pm with water dripping from a pocket light in my downstairs directly below an upstairs bathroom. This was after another plumbing company came out during the day and allegedly fixed the issue then declined to come back out a few hours later after it started leaking again. Roland answered and assured me they would have someone out within the hour. 45 minutes later Oleg arrived and had two separate issues diagnosed and fixed within 2.5 hours. This all happened while I was away on business travel. They documented and explained that not only was it a clogged AC drain but also a failed wax seal on a commode. I’ve found my plumber and will refuse to use anyone else. Professional, timely, very well documented work, super respectful of sleeping kids in the next room, and very clean with their work. If I could give 6 stars I would. These guys are real pros.“
