Rei Plumbing is a professional and reliable company known for its excellent service and fair prices. Customers appreciate their knowledgeable technicians, friendly office staff, and convenient payment options like Zelle. They provide thorough assessments of septic systems, often going above and beyond to explain and help clients understand their systems. While their team delivers high-quality work, some reviews mention occasional issues with problem resolution, but overall, they are highly recommended for their honesty, fairness, and top equipment.
Highly Recommended!
I have used REI several times over the past couple of years and every time they have been extremely competent, trustworthy and helpful. They show up when they say they will and do a great job every time. The quoting process was easy, and they stick to the price and only add to it for unforeseen issues.
I have dealt with many companies since my house has flooded 3 times in 14 years, I have to say this is by far the best company I have dealt with!!!
They show up immediately! They care for people and show respect to my home.
Thanks again Roland and Oleg
My husband called & ask for a quote today & he came out & replaced our garbage disposal by 4pm. He took his shoes off came in to see what he needed. He went out & got his stuff & was done so fast. He was so good, clean, neat, professional & nice. I was very impressed with her service. If we need a Plummer again we will call this company again. Gave us a discount too.
