Miller Brothers Plumbing Inc

Miller Brothers Plumbing Inc., established in 1978, is the oldest plumbing company in Conroe, TX. They are a reliable and experienced plumbing company, offering quality workmanship and great services at affordable rates. They are licensed and insured, ensuring their clients' peace of mind.

Their customer service is outstanding, with clients praising their knowledge and helpfulness. They go above and beyond to assist with plumbing problems, leaving clients pleased and satisfied. One customer called to have a toilet checked because they thought the wax ring was leaking. Rick and Tommy came out and found that the wax seal was fine, and the issue was probably the sink. It was a half bath that doesn’t get much use, and the water in the sink P-trap was evaporating, causing sewer gas to vent through. The solution was to run the faucet occasionally. Rick told the customer it wouldn't be right to charge for the service call, which left a positive impression and made the customer confident in trusting the company for future plumbing needs.

Their efficiency is commendable, responding quickly to urgent calls. A client mentioned their prompt response to a leak in their front yard, with the plumber, Hunter, addressing the issue with expertise and care. His professionalism and the quality of work were impressive. The company has installed PEX piping in several homes, with clients praising their work and fair pricing. Their team is honest, and clients appreciate their long-term commitment, allowing them to build strong relationships with customers. They also helped a customer find parts for a faucet under warranty and installed an online home water filter, showing their dedication to customer satisfaction.
