The office provided a call 30 minutes before their arrival. The arrival was within the promised window. Harley did a great job accomplishing what we had asked to be done. We had a toilet we purchased installed.
I had JD Precision come out to repair a leak on one faucet on the exterior of my home. They provided same-day service on a Saturday which was super accommodating. The technician was professional, friendly and efficient. My only wish was that he replaced the insulation he cut off the original faucet.
