Bear's Plumbing came out to my office to see why I had water damage inside my office. After a thorough inspection of the toilet, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink, they determined that the water did not come from inside or from any of the mentioned fixtures. They were timely and very fair in their pricing. Also, they were professional and respectful of my property.

Jose did a great job of diagnosing and repairing one of our toilets. On the other toilet, he said I needed to contact Toto toilets to order all the parts to replace and possibly the whole toilet replacement because of one small part in the drain valve flush tower that wasn’t flushing. So we did, but Toto told us the part was discontinued and not available, and we would have to order a replacement substitute from someone else. So we ordered what Amazon said was the replacement part, but it’s different and I don’t think I know how to install it.
