Greg first came out to our house and gave us a walkthrough of what he had planned and help us decide what type and color of Trex decking. This walkthrough was very helpful in the decision process because seeing the decking in real life versus online was a bit tricky. He and his team worked hard (even putting in some hours in rainy days!!) to get the job done. We are amazed with the final result and definitely recommend WWD for any and all decking jobs. We will definitely be using them in the future. (Also if there is a waitlist… they are worth every second of the wait!!)“

“We didn't realize that every 3 years the roof needs maintenance. Rusting nails need to be sealed, crevices addressed, etc. We discovered this when we bought our house and the inspector caught it. We were so impressed with the Elite Roofers consultant/inspector as well as the technician. They were both polite, smart and very professional. They educated us. We feel so much better about our roof. We won't go to anyone else. We will have them inspect our roof in 3 years as suggested. I am telling our neighbors they need roof maintenance! I had no idea! “Raul with RHI Roofing is truly an all-around expert. I initially discovered his company through an online search when I noticed a water leak in my home and needed a reliable roofer to perform an inspection. With his excellent reviews, I decided to give him a call, and I’m so glad I did.

Raul came out promptly, inspected my roof, and confirmed there were no roofing issues. Instead of stopping there, he took the time to help me figure out where the leak could be coming from. He suggested having my HVAC system in the attic be checked, which turned out not to be the issue. He referred me a team to reattach ducting and ensure everything was sealed correctly. After their work, still no signs of water damage, stains, or leaks anywhere.

Even though the problem wasn’t related to my roof, Raul continued to follow up and help me troubleshoot the issue. I had a master bathroom remodel done two years ago, and due to warranty restrictions, he couldn’t cut into the sheetrock. Raul advised me to contact the original contractor, Statewide, to investigate further. When they came out, they initially tried to dismiss the issue as unrelated to their work.

At that point, I called Raul again, and he immediately stepped in, came over again, and helped me for no charge. He personally identified the root cause, a slow leak from the shower drain pan that had likely been ongoing since the original remodel. The wood underneath was heavily saturated.

I cannot thank Raul enough for going above and beyond to help me pin point the root cause, even though it did not turn out to be a job for him (yet). His integrity, responsiveness, and expertise are rare to find. There are very few professionals left like Raul who go out of their way to help someone out just because, and I will be forever grateful for his time and dedication.

I was walking my dog one morning and ended up getting chased down by aggressive dogs trying to get at my dog. New cabinets, new island, all new appliances, new floors. Two totally remodeled bathrooms! The work went quite smoothly and Jerry, Rick and Carlos were always available for questions and help with communication. It was slated to take 8 weeks but they finished in a little over 5.
Just recently, I had a pipe leak under the slab and all the lower cabinets and the island had to be demolished due to water. And those new floors had to be ripped out! They came back and returned my home to it's pre-leak condition in about 4 weeks. They have also been lovely about working with the insurance company and our HOA.
