Our new insurance company required a written document from R.C.I. Roofing. Steve did just that and included before and after photographs to the new insurance company. We needed to find another insurance company because our old insurance company is no longer doing business in Texas. Steve at R.C.I. Roofing got us what we needed and did the work in a very short amount of time. Thank you.“

“Mike and his team were exceptional. This is only one of many examples, but they were the only contractors to put up temporary plastic walls to contain drywall and construction dust. Their tiling work--flooring and backsplash--was beautiful. If we ran into an old or unexpected issue Mike immediately had solutions, and we figured it out.His timeliness was strong. He worked hard to make sure that things were completed.Here, I will add that I had other bids that were lower than Mike's, but my gut told me to go with MIB. And this was the best choice. I'd make the exact choice again.Mike was also a joy to work with. I've worked and met with different contractors, and Mike Scott (MIB) is the only one I've provided to other close friends and family. He's very intelligent, explains his reasoning, and teaches you things. He's also really respectful--I was the main contact for this project--and I never felt like Mike spoke to me differently because I was a woman or anything. Just a really smart and fair. There were little things--like, I know that glass tile often works best with a different grout *and* that other contractors, especially at that time, often use the traditional grout--most people wouldn't know or catch the difference. But Mike does things the right way and knows how to do them the right way.This review is unsolicited and late! The project work happened a few years ago, but the time that's passed means I can tell you how the work held up over time. And you know what? The kitchen is so fresh and a lovely space to stand in. We never had cracked flooring or other things that happen when the installers don't know what they're doing. The kitchen turned out so beautifully.The experience was just such a blessing to my family, and it's very important to me to say so. I have experience with other contractors, and Mike Scott and his craftspeople/team are wonderful. We remain grateful. And I would call them for a project tomorrow.Services: Tile work installation“
