Could not be happier with the job that Mr. Happy House owner Mike Monyak and his team did to replace my roof! Mike and his employees are professional, timely, conscientious, and extremely skilled. Mike started the process by walking me through his roof replacement estimate. He thoroughly explained different roof and gutter concepts and options, associated roofing material and labor warranties (which far exceeded other roofing companies I interviewed), the insurance claim process, and patiently answered every question I had. Mike Monyak and his crew just finished my project consisting of total soffit replacement, repair of sheathing and flashing around our chimney, and a complete exterior painting. As a customer of Mike’s, I can say firsthand that he is one of the most professional, communicative, and reliable contractors I have ever done business with. He has an eye for detail and really goes the extra mile for his clients. For example, he noticed our exterior flood lights had water in the bulbs so he brought out replacement LED bulbs one evening while dropping off paint samples.
