I just recently had to replace my roof and 1st Choice made it incredibly easy. Nick, specifically, was great! I'm currently not in the country, and he was more than willing to go through my family while also using Whatsapp to directly communicate with me. He kept me updated on the process, was very thorough and clear with his answers and more importantly was really timely with everything. When you have a leak, time is important, and a different company didn't even give us their quote back until AFTER the roof was already replaced. My housemates were also really happy with the process. We asked for estimates from different companies to replace the roof. Nick Chavez from 1st Choice Roofing was very quick with his responses answering any questions within minutes (we used WhatsApp, emails, and phone).He came quickly to inspect the roof and protected the area that was leaking with a tarp temporarily.The estimates that he gave us were on par with the other companies, however the speed at which answered, the openness and transparency, the offer to protect the roof with a tarp, and the overall professionalism, helped us choose 1st Roofing over the others.The work was done on time, as promised.
