He was very thorough, explained what was needed and not needed to me in detail and why, was very professional and courteous, and answered all of my many questions!!!You have a GREAT asset in Addam, so if you want a loyal customer, it would be beneficial for you to keep him on the payroll. ?

Woodlands was exceptional! Justin went above and beyond to ensure our family was safe, comfortable and satisfied. He worked diligently and remained positive throughout our entire experience together. Hopefully our paths never cross again but if they did, I 100% want Justin back!

*** Updating my review as this company is addressing my concerns and stated they will be refunding a portion of my payment. This is much appreciated.We had some water leaking from an upstairs bathroom and needed mold remediation and remodel. Ryan was quick and came out same evening for quotes. We booked the mold remediation and because we decided to not use insurance was told he would get back with us on a better price than quoted for the remodel. I emailed him after not hearing back on the pricing, but was never responded to. Regardless, they came out for mold remediation as promised on day we booked.
