“Thank you A&A plumbing for coming to my rescue on 12/01/2023. I called them with a water leak in my yard at 12:30 pm . Paul Gonzalez arrived less than an hour later to solve my water leak issues. He called the owner to request back up and they also sent Chris Green and Matt Summer’s. Those three amazing young men working at my home from 1:30 pm till 9:02 pm. They’re my “dream team “ because they were so cooperative and supportive of each other’s efforts the whole time they were there. “I contacted Bryco Plumbing just before 1:00 PM and I asked the customer service representative if they could have someone come out to fix my leaking water pipe today. She told that she believed that they could make it happen. She called me back 2 hours later and informed me that Ryan was on his way and would arrive in about 20 minutes. Ryan arrived in about 15 minutes and quickly identified the problem. Ryan did an awesome job and fixed the leaking pipe very quickly. Ryan was really nice and very professional. “We had a non-emergency issue in the kitchen we're remodeling, and Guarantee Plumbing responded within ten minutes of my inquiry. The message was clear on how to reach someone for scheduling even though it was after 8:30PM. The dispatcher was friendly, clear on the fact that there is a visit fee that gets waived if we use them for the task. Our plumber called ahead to make sure we were ready for him, asked for permission to cut further into drywall. He was friendly, laid back, and quick with the repair. He even gave me information to pass along to my drywall guy on what was done. I did find it a rather high price for what I considered a low difficulty, non-urgent request, and the invoice didn't have a breakdown to show that the fee had indeed been waived, which is why they're only at four stars. At least they take checks!I'll be keeping these guys in mind for the next repair!“
