We had a non-emergency issue in the kitchen we're remodeling, and Guarantee Plumbing responded within ten minutes of my inquiry. The message was clear on how to reach someone for scheduling even though it was after 8:30PM. The dispatcher was friendly, clear on the fact that there is a visit fee that gets waived if we use them for the task. Our plumber called ahead to make sure we were ready for him, asked for permission to cut further into drywall. He was friendly, laid back, and quick with the repair. He even gave me information to pass along to my drywall guy on what was done. I did find it a rather high price for what I considered a low difficulty, non-urgent request, and the invoice didn't have a breakdown to show that the fee had indeed been waived, which is why they're only at four stars. At least they take checks!I'll be keeping these guys in mind for the next repair!
