But this time, after telling Dr. Nguyen, about the situation and my concern, she made a plan with me about the prescription. First let me say I have used Walmart Vision Centers for decades and this was the first time I had difficulty with a prescription. After three attempts working with a complex prescription, lab/supplier issues at the end of Covid, and a remodel of their Vision Center all at once, when the third pair of glasses were late Alma and the store manager reimbursed me for the cost of that pair of glasses.
