“I have been using $25 Optical since I lived in Beaumont in 2011 because of their stellar service, attention to details, and the fact that NO ONE can beat the scratch coating you guys have, and I mean NO ONE!! No one treats people like you do, and Sandra Rodriguez is no different! She always, always remembers my name and the type of frames I prefer, even if I choose to change styles, as I did this year. I came in Friday a week ago and she could tell something wasn’t right and she knew it was the frames. She patiently helped me with my choices, again, and got the right ones! I come in for adjustments, nose-pad replacements, and questions between the eyewear replacement every two years and, she is still just as helpful, bubbly, and kind! I hope we never lose you Sandra. They are also less expensive also than the “chain” opticians. They do not offer eye exams but that is an easy fix. I just had my eyes tested and took the prescription to Reiter’s.. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.“

“Came here thanks to a Groupon for a new prescription. Came on a Saturday during the COVID pandemic, there were two employee and one doctor staffed. I was there from 11:05 to almost 2PM. They did not dilate my eyes even though it was included with the exam. I was told by one person it was due to Covid and then another told me it was because i came alone and they didn't want me to drive but that I could upcharge by $40 to have pics done. I declined. They do have a nice selection of women lenses and the staff is kind, however I am glad I didn't come on a "lunch break" as I surely was not expecting to be waiting for three hours when the actual time spent with the doctor was perhaps 15 mins. The doctor by the way was really cool, knowledgeable, and thorough ...and I'd even say handsome! But married of course -haha! Any who, I do recommend this location, especially with the groupon- but just make sure you plan to spend the entire day.“

I was not very happy about having to get reading glasses but Dr. Kwapick shared lots of information with me on how vision changes as we age and that it's completely normal and also inevitable!
