Michael and Ashley are the best. They are always helpful and makes each visit pleasant. The optometrists change out but these two amazing people have been mostly a constant and that provides a sense of security.
About Vision Source Friendswood - (Exquisite Eyecare)
Exquisite Eye Care provides exceptional eye care services in a welcoming environment. Dr. Thao Nguyen and the staff, including the friendly receptionist with beautiful "mermaid" hair, offer outstanding and professional care. They take the time to thoroughly explain procedures and answer all questions, demonstrating a high level of expertise and attentiveness. The office is well-maintained, and patients feel comfortable throughout their visits. However, one staff member, Ashley, was reported to be rude and not very accommodating. Overall, Exquisite Eye Care is highly recommended for anyone seeking top-notch eye care.
Reviews
I love this place. They are very caring and want to help! Easy to get in even in a crisis! So glad we became patients here a little over a year ago! I feel like they really listen to me!
Dr Nguyen was thorough, professional and friendly during my appointment to get an updated eyeglass prescription. Andrew and Nathan were very helpful when I went in to pick-out frames. Nathan carefully checked my benefits and Andrew pulled frames. This was the easiest and fastest time ever in finding frames I liked. Andrew was AMAZING finding frames to fit my face. And Nathan helped with his opinion, too. I am so glad I found this location! :)
