Went Alvin Walmart today for a repair on my glasses. I thought it was hopeless but Kristine Burns is awesome. Confident & knowledgeable & she had them fixed quickly. Great employee & I wanted to recognize her!
I had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center. Lori helped me get my contact lenses and was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I had misplaced my eye prescription, and she went above and beyond by contacting the eye doctor next door to obtain my updated prescription for me. Her excellent customer service made everything quick, easy, and stress-free. I truly appreciate her willingness to help and her positive attitude. We walked in & were immediately greeted by Kassandra who helped us get started on selecting my son’s glasses. When he had made his choice she was not available, so Tye stepped in to help us. She was kind & very helpful throughout the process. Both were very pleasant through our time in the vision center.
