I would like to recognize the exceptional service provided by Alma and her team at the Walmart Vision Center in Alvin TX. First let me say I have used Walmart Vision Centers for decades and this was the first time I had difficulty with a prescription. After three attempts working with a complex prescription, lab/supplier issues at the end of Covid, and a remodel of their Vision Center all at once, when the third pair of glasses were late Alma and the store manager reimbursed me for the cost of that pair of glasses. Kristine did a great job! At first she fixed another pair of glasses that I had. That sold me on using her to get another pair. She gave outstanding service. I will use her again when I get another pair of glasses.

My experience was great. Megan, the salesperson, was very cordial and helpful during the entire process. Her explanation and recommendations were spot on. I can't wait for my glasses to come in.
