“So disappointed. Had the four on four implants top and bottom. And now they don't fit together right. Kept telling me we'll fix it next time we'll fix it next time. Next time never came.
Last time I went in they told me it was just for a cleaning and they wanted to charge me $300 in my opinion, they're not done with what they started 2 years ago......
Dr Khan is a good person but I had three different people working on me seemed like they didn't work together to form a good plan for me.
My teeth look good from the outside but just don't feel right and they don't bite together right.
For the amount of money I paid, I expected a little bit better out of them.....“

*update*. On Jan 16, 2023, I had my first dental procedure at Pickett Family Dental. I was very nervous, but with a lot of TLC from Dr. Pickett and his staff, I was quickly made comfortable and the work was done to his satisfaction and mine. Thank you all for your professionalism and care.

“Going to the dentist isn’t usually at the top of anyone’s list, especially if it’s unplanned. I had to go yesterday for a tooth that had been causing some pain for a while and a previous filling had recently fallen out. Dr Howard took the time to chat and catch up before she just went straight to work, which put me at ease. Throughout the procedure she was great and I didn’t feel any pain from the numbing injection all the way to the end. 5/5, highly recommend.“

“This will always be my dental office of choice! Dr. Soto is exceptionally skilled, and a wonderful person. Also, I recently called into for assistance reconciling a bill, and "Z" at Ideal Denton was not only incredibly helpful, but he also noted a minor error (that resulted in said bill). Ideal Dental took full responsibility, reconciled the charges, and left me one happy patient/customer. 10/10!“

“I love love love the dentist doctor lady and the hygienist here! They are so sweet and try make you feel calm. The front desk team is nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had an appt one time at 3pm, got there at 2:30ish, and was told because I didn't respond to their text to confirm my appt I would have to wait on those who confirmed their appointment first. I never received a text asking to confirm. I did get an email asking to confirm I find out when I checked later, but since when is booking an appt not enough to have your appt?

Not a complaint, just a note to make on costumer service.“
