“I was referred there by the VA Community Care network. I had a cleaning and a couple of crowns done . Dr. Revering was great and the cleaning specialist very nice also. Unfortunately they changed their insurance specialist and I’ve been trying to get back in for my annual cleaning. I’ve left numerous messages for her to call me back and as of today no return call. I spoke with my VA Dentist and she told me a referral has never been requested! Very disappointed in the lack of response. I guess they no longer want the VA business. I will have to share this with the VA community care team so they can refer other veterans to a Dentist that welcomes them. I just got a call back and my appointment was scheduled immediately. I just had my exam and my teeth cleaned. Dr. Revering and his entire staff were incredible. I had to change my one star review to a five star.“
