Smiley Dental & Orthodontics, located in the Denton area since 2003, is known for its high-quality and affordable dental care. The office stands out for its cleanliness and friendly staff who make patients feel welcome and reassured. They offer convenient Saturday hours and accommodate walk-ins, making dental care accessible to all.
Patients have praised the staff, including Kimmy and Dr. Steven, for being fantastic, pleasant, and professional. While the general experience is positive, some patients feel that the staff's knowledge of dental procedures and policies could be improved. They have experienced challenges in getting clear answers about teeth whitening, specialist referrals, and billing. However, Dr. Nguyen and the x-ray technicians are commended for their gentle and kind demeanor, making patients feel comfortable and trusting.
Despite these areas for improvement, Smiley Dental & Orthodontics remains a popular choice for dental care in the Metro area due to their convenient hours, affordable prices, and clean facilities. New patients are always welcome, and many leave feeling reassured and satisfied with their experience.
I brought my six year old to Smiley Dental & Orthodontics in Denton and had an amazing experience. Dr. Noha is so gentle and caring and made my son feel completely comfortable. The front desk made the check in process so smooth and clearly explained my benefits. I loved that everything is electronic with no paper forms which was a huge plus. The office was spotless and Ari and Leslie were wonderful with my child. This will definitely be our new dental home!
The dentist was the very best and was so kind
Never even felt the needles
They explained the procedure and cost very well
Would recommend to anyone
Thanks again
I am a college student here in Denton, so I came to smiley dental because it was close by. I highly recommend this dental office, the entire staff was amazing. Valery was so sweet, Cassandra as well, she helped me with my dental insurance. They are quite busy but they definitely treat each patient with so much care!!
