“The Orthodontics crew is excellent and the girls at the front desk are always friendly even when they are sometimes working rush. I have bracers and different appliances inside my mouth, not just regular orthodontics. Which has been giving me work in the cleaning area because right now it is complicated. The doctor or whoever was doing the cleaning today was quite rude when she made comments about how I had to brush better. The wayshe expressed it was demeaning and rude. The technician who was with her literally gave me lots of words in a very professional and nice way, I would have liked to know his name. Having a degree and knowing how to see what you think are cavities on an X-ray (that in fact I don't have any) is worthless if you don't have manners. I don't know what I did to make this woman so nasty with me, I just come home and looking at my teeth she didn't even do the cleaning properly. I can't imagine that someone, due to lack of resources, has not been able to take care of their teeth and had an appo with this woman. Let's be more careful how we express ourselves.“
