I was referred to The Root after my other Dentist' implant buttress began to fail, and I was in extreme pain and crying quiet tears. Dr. Patel was empathetic, professional, patient and was honest with me. His staff ..amazing and they are still working with me to fix another Dentists problem. I am glad I was refererred to him. Hands down the best dental and just medical experience I’ve ever had (and I work in healthcare). Was greeted so kindly, given a tour and introduced to everyone with an explanation of their experience and asked my preferences in communication with the doctor. Dr Alspach then finished the experience with being incredibly detailed and communicative. Great job!!!!! You all have done an amazing job at building a practice that I will recommend hands down!
