“Update: the office manager reached out and showed their gesture of goodwill to resolve the problem.
Not price transparent at all. Was told $20.** for copay, and I paid up front. After the routine cleaning for my daughter. They told me that she is maxed out this year. So I have to pay $200.** for her routine cleaning, and the office manager even blamed me for not checking my insurance. I told them that their system even show there is $20.** copay, how I'm keep up with my insurance. They say they partially at fault, but never apologized. Even give me an attitude when I confront them. Really disappointed. Idk if the owner know about their staff and office manager's attitude even it was their fault.”
