Granado Roofing repaired a roof leak perfectly and satisfied the results. They met the challenge of quality. Quality materials were used: rotten decking was replaced with plywood. 100% cedar batten boards which are superior to pressure treated wood, self adhesive underlayment which provides better sealing against water intrusion than standard felt. #18 Perfectseal Flashing Cement, which is reliable and industry-standard. Quality of work: Granado Roofing took repair photos during the various stages of the process. Tiles were replaced in the exact order and position. Flashing and sealing was enhanced. The roof looks exactly as it did prior to repair and the leak has totally stopped. Robert used a drone to take photos of jobs. Robert and his crew did an outstanding job and will definitely use them in the future.
We had a great experience with Robert and his dad! I called him and sent him pictures of a piece of tile that had blown off. He explained what needed to be done and let me know that his dad was the expert and would be doing the work himself.
I also appreciated that Robert didn’t try to upsell me. We always get two quotes, so we had another company come out as well. They gave us a quote, and I asked if the price included replacing the board underneath the tile if it was rotted. He said, “If it needs to be replaced, we’ll replace it.”

Awesome experience with Robert and his highly skilled team.
