Turns out it was simply one shingle that had been blown up by wind and then leaked through a nail hole. Luis Buitron repaired it on the spot for a very reasonable price. He was very personable and I was very happy that it was an easy quick fix. He also showed me a video of him fixing the shingle, so I could see he had taken care of it. That was awesome!
