“A large tree fell on our roof during high winds. It damaged part of the roof and soffit. They had installed my roof several years ago and I never had any problems with it. Beldon sold to another big company and now just does commercial work. Since I was a past customer they agreed to make the repairs. They did a excellent job repairing the damage to the roof and Soffit area. Quality work. Too bad they no longer do residential roofs.“

Since our roof has a drain that clogs from time to time, and older concrete tiles on the parapet, we didn't know what the problem was. “We had a great experience with Robert and his dad! I called him and sent him pictures of a piece of tile that had blown off. He explained what needed to be done and let me know that his dad was the expert and would be doing the work himself.

I also appreciated that Robert didn’t try to upsell me. We always get two quotes, so we had another company come out as well. They gave us a quote, and I asked if the price included replacing the board underneath the tile if it was rotted. He said, “If it needs to be replaced, we’ll replace it.”

I already knew the wood was rotted and needed to be replaced since my husband had pointed it out, so that answer made me hesitant about whether the other company would actually take care of the problem properly. When I spoke with Robert, he pointed out that the board would need to be replaced. That’s when we decided to go with Robert and Granado Roofing.

I’m very glad we did. Robert’s dad did a great job and we also received a one-year warranty. They made it convenient, because we did not have to be home while they did the repair. I really appreciate the honest, straightforward service and would definitely recommend them!“
