Johnny Dolan, the owner came and inspected my roof. Other roofers sent a representative. He then explain in detail what and how they were gonna put a new roof.
Savings: (1)$1500.- no extra cost to up grade shingles from 25yrs to 30yrs.
(2) $1300. Gutter system s Since we had lifetime gutters already. Other roofers included this in their quote
(3) Other roofers warranty was 3 to 5 years. He gave me a 10 year warranty.

Dolan Roofing is a remarkable company! We had a couple bumps in the road but Dolan bent over backwards to make it right. There wasn’t a single person that I met within the company that I didn’t like. Through my research, I called them, they didn’t solicit me. Johnny the owner is a remarkable person and genuinely cares for their customers.
