Benny and his crew were great to work with, especially given the delay we needed between the initial inspection/consultation and getting the work done about two months later. I'd gotten about half a dozen quotes for getting my home's slab foundation re-leveled after a crack developed, and it should serve as a testament to how easy Benny made the process that we decided to go with Guaranteed.

Benny was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He was very thorough inspecting our home and instead of selling us on services we didn’t need, told us our home really didn’t need foundation repair. It is so refreshing in this day and age to find a company that puts the customer before the company bottom line. I will definitely be calling Guaranteed for any foundation concerns in the future with this home or any other home because I know they’ll be honest and have their customer’s best interests in mind. We had several company’s come out and give us a estimates. Gl Hunt, All Pro, structured foundation repair and Guaranteed. All of them have guys that kinda seem like they know what they’re doing. But none of them stood out except Guaranteed. After all the bids were submitted only 1 of the lined up with the engineers report. That was Guaranteed. Benny showed up about 10 minutes early and took his time to complete our evaluation. He sat down with us and explained what has caused our issue, how to fix it and how to prevent it in the future.
