Joe's was one of about 10 plumbing services which called me back rather quickly and did put us on his waiting list...many plumbing companies I experienced, we were unable to get some one to even return you call nor leave a message. When I called Joe to see where we were sitting on the list. We were still a couple more day out, he is very courteous and will return you call quickly..
