The staff is known for being very nice, compassionate, and professional. Patients have praised the dedicated doctors and especially highlighted the helpfulness of the medical assistant, who is bilingual, kind, and patient. Many appreciate the great service, easy communication, and the welcoming environment, making it a highly recommended place to establish care.
This review is for Miranda Castaneda whom i just found out does not work there anymore. I used Centrum Health at 4 differents locations and the Miranda was by far, bar none the best front desk assistant that I had to interract with. She was always ready to go above and beyond, she followed up on things that she said she will do, she called back patients.
I was very saddened when I heard that she left and I am seriously thinking about changing my PCP.
The first day that I went there and she was not there, I made a request about referral, its been 5 days and I still don't have a referral. with Miranda it was a matter of minutes, and I mean within the hour...read full review

I love this clinic staff is super nice and the provider responded to all my questions definitely a nice place to establish care .
