I contacted three different companies in the morning, Service Champs being the last. They had an opening for a technician to come out in a few hours, but another became available for 30 minutes. Their technician was able to determine the problem, offer solutions, install the replacement parts, and had our AC running again well within an hour after arriving. The pricing was fair, the service was fast, the people were professional and friendly, and I am very satisfied with the entire experience. The best selling point? Phenomenal services! They came out super fast and got us squared away quickly.
The team is very responsive and helpful. We needed some help setting up our digital thermostat, they made the trip quickly and showed us how to use it. Highly recommend this family owned company!
