“I took my yellow lab Rowan here for a de-shead treatment. It was his first time at a professional groomer and though he's used to being bathed at home with no issue, I was nervous how he may react with strangers. When I arrive I was greeted by a friendly receptionist that confirmed notes left by my partner to refrain from trimming his nails as we do that routinely at home. Our groomer met us at reception and with this being his first professional grooming asked a few questions about Rowan to understand expectations and reassured me that Rowan is in good hands which was much appreciated.

Once I arrived to pick him up the groomer reported that he did amazing and answered additional questions I had to assist with deaheading as the seasons change.

Overall I'm very satisfied with our experience and how handsome he looked after his grooming.“

“We are quite grateful for this location. The staff is terrific! They worked on my Great Pyrenees, who had never had a grooming. He is a calm dog. However, he would not budge when it comes to his paws, and dread overwhelms him. We're working on it! ? Grooming represented a significant step for us! He's five years old. We've only owned him for a couple years. Nonetheless, we are obsessed with the outcome! He is fluffy, white as snow, and smells wonderful! I wish I could post a before-and-after image. “I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. From routine checkups to having to put my dog down, they have always shown the upmost knowledge and care. All of the front staff, vets, techs, etc are wonderful, but specifically I cannot commend Dr. Vrla enough. She is the most intelligent and compassionate person, and especially vet. If your dog has an issue she will get to the cause and get it fixed, and also keep you informed the whole way. She helped solve a terrible ear problem my dog had, along with many other issues-each was done in the most proactive and cost effective way. I just had to put my dog down and she, along with the rest of the staff, made a difficult decision as easy and smooth as it could have been. I cannot recommend this place, but especially Dr. Vrla, to enough people.“
