We LOVE Dr. West! She is very thorough and we feel we have gotten a good check up of our precious dogs! and we love that she meets them on their terms - at their level - on the floor, to make them feel more comfortable! The reception desk people are always so helpful, and try to save us money when they can, with coupons and free samples, and suggestions on food shopping. This is a very expensive veterinary, but it is also quality and service and caring.
