“I took my yellow lab Rowan here for a de-shead treatment. It was his first time at a professional groomer and though he's used to being bathed at home with no issue, I was nervous how he may react with strangers. When I arrive I was greeted by a friendly receptionist that confirmed notes left by my partner to refrain from trimming his nails as we do that routinely at home. Our groomer met us at reception and with this being his first professional grooming asked a few questions about Rowan to understand expectations and reassured me that Rowan is in good hands which was much appreciated.

Once I arrived to pick him up the groomer reported that he did amazing and answered additional questions I had to assist with deaheading as the seasons change.

Overall I'm very satisfied with our experience and how handsome he looked after his grooming.“

“HOME Dog Training has been the best experience for our dog, Dugg! We did the 3-week Board and Train to help with Dugg’s reactivity towards other dogs and sometimes new people. During the 3 weeks working with Charles and his family, Dugg built an essential foundation of confidence, created positive habits, and learned how to make great choices. Our walks have become much more controlled and enjoyable now that we have the tools in place to avoid big reactions towards other dogs. He has also shown huge growth in warming up to new people. “Logan was my heart and soul. Letting him go because of cancer was one of the worst days. The AEHNT staff and doctors were beyond amazing and caring to Logan and us during that difficult day.

She said we could bring our 2nd dog in last minute and she'd dip him for fleas and groom him too. They looked so good & helped us out in a pinch. We so appreciated her being so understanding.“
