Over a period of 2 years we've had Texas Window Store replace all of the windows in our home, over 3 phases. They've done a great job each phase. Roque and his team of installers did a knockout job on the last two phases. He even put mortar around the windows facing the street in this last round of work, and matched the other mortar perfectly. “Toby and his whole team, from start to finish, have provided me with an amazing experience.Initial conversations with Accolade vs. competitors was so smooth - Accolade didn't try and upsell, or try and talk me into any other product that I needed. Toby gave me the pros and cons to all options, and the whole process, which I greatly appreciated.When it came to installing - it went perfectly. We had a lot of windows to replace, so it took 2 full days. The crew was on time, respectful of the house, and knowledgeable. Toby did final walk throughs with me and even noticed (I didn't) one screen missing, which he promptly ordered, and delivered it and installed it himself once it arrived. When doing the final walkthrough, he even came back at the end of the day to clean some very hard to reach windows so it would look perfect.We have had the windows for almost a year and all has gone well. “Statewide Remodeling did a stellar job from start to finish. Our salesman, Skyler, explained the Kohler tub with all of its many features, the demo process for the old tub, the installation process, and costs. Everything. The crew, headed by Joe, was very courteous and timely. They also cleaned up after themselves and kept us informed as they proceeded. The tub itself is fabulous, it has so many new features and performs so well, it is difficult to make yourself get out of the tub because of the tremendous stress relief using the various jets, seat warmer, shower etc. During the installation, they discovered that the old tub's electrical wiring was piggy-backed off of an existing socket which was not standard and could have caused outages. They immediately contacted an electrician who ran two more circuits to get the new tub hooked up properly...all with no extra charge. Every step in the process was timely and explained. Truly the best remodeling experience we have ever had, bar none.“
