Rachael C. was hands on throughout the process, and her super was on site, engaged and checked on progress routinely. They took their promises seriously and even pressure washed the driveway when done. They also fixed a vent that had not been attached after noticing it while checking the roof. Stephen Byrd is an excellent local resource for roofing and construction needs.
We had a roof leak on a relatively new roof (3 years old). I could not get in touch with the original contractor so looked around and found Remedy which is local here in cedar park. The team led by Steve was very proficient and fixed all the shortcuts and shoddy work of the original contractor.
Should I ever require a new roof Remedy Roofing will be my first choice!
Remedy Roofing was great. No pressure. Just Honest people offering a great product. Crew was polite and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend!!!
John and Joshua were easy to work with. Joshua kept me well informed of their schedule and arrival times. After the roof was repaired and the rain gutters were re-installed, they came back with an exact paint match for the new sections of rain gutters. We were impressed with their quick service and competitive prices.
