Marcus, was very courteous, professional and genuine from the beginning to the end of project. He inspected the roof. Recommend the roof be replaced with proof of damage using drone footage. Worked with me on pricing and quotes and did wait over a month for me to confirms. Once the time came completed the replacement in a day and also provided me post completion drone footage which I love because I can see the entire new roof.
Preferred Elite Construction did an outstanding job on replacing my roof. I had an army show up at the house early morning and departed early evening after completing the entire roof. My roof is a 12/12 pitch (45 degrees) and hasn't been replaced since the house was built 39 years ago. It was due. Throughout the years I’ve had various contractors provide quotes on replacing windows, painting, fencing and what not, which in my opinion, have always exceeded the cost to value equation. The quote I received from DJ and Aaron of Preferred Elite finally achieved the cost to value proposition for me. I would definitely hire them again.
