“I called Chris about getting windows replaced on our home. He came out the following day and gave us a quote that was very fair compared to other companies we had provide estimates. Once we gave Chris the go ahead on the order he advised us that it would be 6-8 weeks for the windows to be ready to install and due to the number of windows the install would probably take 3 days. Chris let us know that our windows were ready in 4 weeks and we scheduled a date for the installation. The crew showed up on the scheduled date and time and advised us that they would be done in 2 days. The crew did a great job and left the house as clean or cleaner than it was when they started. Chris came and did a walk through after the installation to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction and advised us to call if we had any issues at all. The whole process was done professionally and I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs window replacement.“

“We purchased flooring in 2022 for our remodel. Mike Regian helped us pick through everything and explain the process. I had a third party do the installation when we laid the floors due to a friendship. Fast forward to fall 2023, the vinyl plank flooring we picked was cupping/bowing and separating at the seams. I contacted Mike and asked if there was anything we could do. A representative from Darden and the manufacturer came out and looked over everything to see about filing a warranty claim. After a few months of waiting and not hearing much I reached back out to Mike. He continuously messaged and called the manufacturer to make sure we were taken care of after receiving a letter from them stating the claim was denied. His persistence and care about the customer is what finally led to us getting the flooring warrantied. When I picked the flooring up Mike and I discussed installation options and prices. Mike wanted to make things right due to the issues with the manufacturer. The guys showed up two weeks later and went to work. They were professional, polite, and very hard working. They moved our furniture, removed the old flooring, and down with the new. The attention to detail and precise workmanship was really impressive. These guys did an outstanding job and made sure to clean up after themselves everyday before leaving. Not many business’ now days truly care about the customer, but I can say Darden went above and beyond to make sure our home was taken care of right.
