“Okay, so where do I begin?

I was one of those people who used to go to the dentist regularly as a teenager, but eventually stopped going because life just got in the way. Then one day, I accidentally bit down on something wrong and chipped one of my back teeth. I didn’t go in right away, and over time that chipped tooth slowly turned into a hole. Eventually, the pain started kicking in.
That’s when I finally decided it was time to go back to the dentist and get it checked out.
It had been a little over 12 years since my last visit, but the staff still remembered my name from when I was a kid. Honestly, that alone made me feel comfortable walking back in.
After getting my X-rays done, they went over a few different options with me. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of each treatment plan, gave me estimated prices, and even helped point me toward the right locations for the work I needed done.
I ended up needing a root canal followed by a crown for that tooth.
I set up my appointment with the specialist at the other location, and they treated me great there as well. Once everything was ready, I came back here to get fitted for my crown.
Throughout the whole process, they made sure I understood what was happening and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had a few questions during the procedure, and the head dentist, Dr. Ali, made sure there was zero doubt or confusion about anything. You can really tell he has years of experience treating patients. His skill and professionalism honestly stood out.
I’ll definitely be coming back on a regular schedule now to stay on top of my dental health. My crown fits and feels like it’s been my real tooth from the start.
