“I hate not giving businesses 5 stars- I truly wanted to, but I can’t. Every single person I encountered there was super sweet and friendly… this is the reason I wanted to give five stars. As far as bed side and friendliness and comfort level it’s a 5. As far as competence (I’m sorry), I would say a 3 or less… I have limited dental insurance (2k cap a year) and spent some of it by going to this dentist. They missed the infection I had in there and wouldn’t send the X-rays to save me money and radiation to my local dentist when they requested it. This is despite the sweet dentist at this location telling me to find a more local dentist so it’s easier to make my appts (I just went there which is an hour away from my house because it was an emergency on a Saturday and they happened to have space). So I did what she kindly suggested and then the office wouldn’t share the X-rays so now I have to pay more out of pocket for my cleaning due to getting X-rays paid for again and I had to get more radiation in my mouth which I usually try to avoid. They also missed the diagnosis. I recently encountered a bacterial situation and knew it was an urgent infection to stop the gum loss. I never had issues with my teeth before and took good care of them. I hadn’t seen a dentist in five years and had zero cavities. Also how I noticed something was wrong/I had an infection.“
