“9 years ago when I started coming to Dr. Campbell, I would give them five stars. I love Dr. Campbell and Valerie! However, practice was fairly new at that time and they have taken on many clients without regard to servicing their current clients, in my opinion. I tried to schedule a cleaning for my daughter and I was put on a waiting list. I have never been on a waiting list with Dr. Campbell. Well, the waiting list took us about 3 months to get in. If you need to reschedule, it may be the same thing. If you are able to make your appointments and schedule them 6 month ahead of time without any changes, then this is a wonderful, wonderful place to go. Unfortunately, now that my daughter is a teenager, it doesn't always work out so well for me. They have not returned a message I left them a week ago which also falls into servicing your current clients effectively. They are not in network but they do cover most of the cost unless it's a one-off thing. However, I believe I will be looking for an in network practice that has more flexibility when it comes to scheduling.“

“We love Dr Gregerson at Texas Toothfairies! My daughter who is almost 14 has been seeing him since she was a toddler - we followed Dr Gregerson to Texas Toothfairies from another practice. We couldn’t be happier with the dental care she’s received over the years. He’s always so patient and gentle and at her last appointment he spent extra time with her making sure her bite was just right after having a filling. My younger daughter, who is 6, has some sensory issues and doesn’t like medical and dental appointments. Again, Dr Gregerson has been so patient and kind and gentle toward her that she doesn’t even mind going to the dentist now. His assistants and hygienists are also so patient and friendly and do a great job. The office staff is also great - again, kind and friendly and so easy to work with. The office itself is absolutely beautiful - open and airy and warmly decorated which makes for a relaxing environment for the kids. We love Dr Gregerson and Texas Toothfairies!“
