“Thursday evening at 8pm- I found myself frantically searching google for an emergency dentist after chipping my front tooth (I was absolutely horrified and couldn’t believe this was happening). I Located Vista Ridge Dental and was able to book an emergency appointment at 8am Friday with Dr. Patel. Friday morning, I walked into the office at 7:50 AM and was greeted with a smile and a lovely lady with a beautiful voice! I instantly felt very comfortable and felt that I was in the right place. After a few minutes of completing my profile and answering all the needed questions. I was called. A young lady introduced herself and walked me back to the room. We went through all of my concerns And she assured me, this has happened many times to many people. I felt a lot more calm and extremely impressed when she reiterated everything I told her in great detail step by step. To the person taking over my case. After the x-rays and all the images, I honestly felt like I was in a spa. Everything was handled so swiftly and with such perfection. Everyone that stepped in the room, treated me with the same amount of care and sensitivity. Everyone valuing my time and with urgency. I have to say I am so impressed! I shared my story with many people, including the before, and after pictures! I just want to say thank you to Dr. Patel and the entire staff for easing my fears, calming my nerves and making me feel like the most important person in your office!
