Dr. Orlich was wonderful during my visit. I was really nervous about having a tooth extraction, but he put my mind at ease before, during and after the procedure. Everything has gone smoothly, and I am grateful for Dr. Orlich’s expertise!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have never felt so heard and welcomed and taken care of at a dentist before!! I felt comfortable and NO anxiety. I needed 7 fillings and the Dr. Adams walked me through each step of the process and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you thank you thank you.Shoutout to Dr. Adams for being so kind and gentle!!!

The best reputable dental office. My husband and son went to 2 other Round rock dental practices that found multiple cavities. We got a second opinion at Round Rock Dental group. The "cavities" were just stains they polished out. My son's orthodontist confirmed. He has no cavities. If not for round rock dental my kid would have had 4 holes drilled in his teeth 5 years ago. To this day he's never had a cavity. Get a second opinion when they want to do dental work. You'll be very glad you did.
