Dr. Marriott and Rachel went above and beyond to make sure my 84-year-old mom was comfortable with the procedure and lessened her anxiety by being patient and not rushing her. They also gave her headphones that we connected to music to help her. They were beyond patient and showed they cared about her. They also explained the procedure and steps needed very clearly.
