I initially gave a 1 star review as I had been a patron at this practice for over 20 years and had an issue with how things were handled recently. The owner reached out to me directly and spent quite a bit of his time explaining the situation and how it should have been handled differently. I really appreciated that as most businesses would have just written me off. I have been taken care of by 2 separate Dentists over the 20 years and both were very professional and caring. I am glad that the unfortunate issue was resolved.

Dr. Marriott and Rachel went above and beyond to make sure my 84-year-old mom was comfortable with the procedure and lessened her anxiety by being patient and not rushing her. They also gave her headphones that we connected to music to help her. They were beyond patient and showed they cared about her. They also explained the procedure and steps needed very clearly. Made a hard situation much easier.
