The contractors that did the water clean up restoration highly recommended David Clinard with Texas Specialty Contractors for the rebuilding of house due to the water damage. We truly feel blessed that David Clinard was recommended to us. He made us feel comfortable and relieved the stress of the whole rebuilding process. David does not come into your home with a mindset that he is there to quickly finish what needs to be done and move on to the next customer. David takes his time to assess what is need to do the job right and even recommends things that add quality to the end product that doesn't add more to your budget. David kept us informed during the whole process from the beginning to the end and walked our house constantly to make sure all was being done correctly. What is great about David is his calmness during the rebuild; he is easy to approach and ask or critique anything about what is going on. David definitely wants to make sure you are happy with the outcome. My wife had several requests during the rebuild and David did not question us or refuse the request, but made sure my wife was happy with all that was going on. If I EVER need anything done or hear that my friends or family need construction work I will from now on call David and recommend his excellent work and customer service.
