Zeus Restoration
“We spent almost sixteen weeks waiting. Our A/C was removed(for Asbestos removal) and left out for 10-12 weeks on the Garage Floor. Note: the A/C was working(Cooling). When the A/C was go back in, we were told that the Freon used was no longer supported. When Insurance sent their own inspector see if the Unit was usable of course after 12 weeks, they reported it was worn out. If you would have made that determination at 1-2 months, everyone (your workers & our Family) would had a new unit. My records of payments sent to ZEUS totaled over $40,000, yet we had NO ONE FROM ZEUS COME TO OUR HOME TO WORK. WE PURCHASED A NEW A/C UNIT, AND A WALK-IN SHOWER AND A NEW COMMODE (INSTALLED IN 4-5 DAYS). We were told by the Supervisor(Todd) that they were finished by Friday, October 7th, yet our Garage was littered with shattered cabinets, bowls, plates, commode, and cleaning products that were removed from the cabinets that were removed. I have to be contacted concerning the “planned” removal and replacement of a bathtub and commode that was taken out in the restoration. I was very happy to see that workers did return to finish the cabinets and replaced lights (which we paid for) in the bathroom and hall. Our A/C company removed the old A/C Unit after they replaced A/C unit. Finally, yesterday 10/7 Zeus removed our bathtub and trash from the backyard. Today, they finished stapling(sealing) our wall panels. If you need photos to support my claims, I’d be glad to send them.”
