The clinic is also praised for its professionalism, empathy, and accurate diagnoses, whether dealing with a difficult cat or performing procedures like an ear operation. Overall, Richmond Animal Hospital provides wonderful experiences, contributing to the improved health of many pets.
We had to have a tail amputation and was quoted really high amounts at other vets and Richmond made this affordable and immediate. I cannot say enough about how much they are there for the animals well being and not to make a quick buck! Totally worth the drive and will continue to use them for all our veterinary needs in the future
Great vet, one of the last to not be sold out to a corporation. Corporate greed has ruined animal ownership, making the cost of owning a pet out of reach for many, many people.
And it is very hard to get into any vet school (there are only a 2 in Texas...its actually harder than getting into med school) so you still get high quality care. I think that here was only 1 vet school (A and M) in the whole state back when Dr Mandola went. Now there are two. But still way less than med schools, so still highly competitive.
From the moment I walked in, Georgina made my visit such a positive experience. Her customer service was outstanding—she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Visiting the vet can be stressful, but she made it smooth and reassuring. I’m so grateful for her help and would definitely recommend this clinic!
