Gabby(Gaby) and Dr. Sai are amazing. I came in witn my Honey baby who was suffering an ear infection. I was so anxious on my lunch break and my fur baby was so uncomfortable with her itchy ear. Gabby explained the root cause of Honeys ailment ,provided a solution and a at home treatment plan for Honeys recovery. I didn't feel judged or shamed for not knowing how to clean Honeys ears and they were willing to clean her ear and apply the first dose of medication. They answered my questions respectfully and gave me pricing and other information over the phone. The vaccinations package was reasonable and the parking situation is better than other places. It is walk-in only but they were kind enough to let me know the wait time before I headed out.
