Kelly is the best! She’s super sweet, professional, and makes the whole process so much more comfortable than I expected. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes her time to do things right. I’ve had such a great experience over this past year with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking into electrolysis!

Kelly has been doing my treatment since August 2025, and although it has been almost a year, I understand that the process takes time. She is incredibly sweet, understanding, and supportive. I appreciate how she relates to the struggles I go through and always makes me feel heard.

I feel very comfortable during my appointments, and scheduling is always easy. Whenever something comes up in my schedule, Kelly does her best to accommodate me and find a time that works.

During our sessions, she plays audiobooks, which I really enjoy. They help the time pass more quickly and keep my mind off the discomfort of the treatment.

I am so pleased with Kelly’s work on my face. She is detailed and thorough and is so friendly. I look forward to my appointments because I know how pleased I will be walking out without any hair.
