This was my 1st appointment with Kelly was very professional, walked me through the process and the after care. The procedure was a little painful for me but she was patient with me and switched to a different section to keep us on schedule. She does provide numbing cream but I was just too sensitive. She recommended me to apply numbing before coming in for my next which something I plan to do. So any sensitive girlies out there do keep that in mind.

I got a Groupon for skin tag removal, very affordable. Kelly called be back immediately, was able to see me same day and I was in and out in 30 minutes. She is friendly and knowledgeable, the place is very clean and easy to find. She numbed the area so minimal pain. Highly recommend 👌

Kelly is the best! She’s super sweet, professional, and makes the whole process so much more comfortable than I expected. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes her time to do things right. I’ve had such a great experience over this past year with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking into electrolysis!
